Tiit Trofimov

Tiit is a developer and guide of the Estonian spiritual landscape and a yoga teacher. He teaches different styles of yoga such as kundalini, hatha and yin yoga. In addition, he also creates unified and mindful yoga. It consists of many different yoga postures and elements. This yoga combines elements and practices of kundalini, hatha, yin, vinyasa, ashtanga yoga.

Tiit himself says so: “Let’s find our own bodily blocks and blockages, open them up and get the life energy moving. After the class you will feel reborn!”

Katrin Kivi

Katrin is a BlissYoga teacher. According to her, yoga is everything – balance of body, mind and soul.

BlissYoga is a flowing yoga style developed by Katrin herself, with a focus on body awareness. Elements of kundalini yoga, intuitive movement, yin yoga and deep breathing create the integrity of the class. The whole class is enjoyable and guides the body, mind and spirit into alignment.

Kristel Juhanson

Kristel is a certified yoga teacher. She believes that yoga is a universal tool that brings presence, balance and well-being to everyday life, regardless of a person’s age, body type or experience.
Kristel’s classes emphasize an individualized approach and safety, providing a supportive and caring environment for each participant. Each yoga class is unique and tailored to the needs of the group.

Balancing YIN yoga / 60-75 min
Balancing yoga is a calm and restorative practice based on Yin yoga. During the class, space is made for both the body and the mind, creating an enjoyable and balancing state of being. This is your time to release tension, creating freshness and peace in the body and mind. Balancing yoga focuses on key parts of the body through relaxing stretches and stretches.
Yin yoga itself is a slow and meditative practice where by staying in postures for longer periods of time, you can stretch and relax muscles, improve joint circulation and increase flexibility. It is suitable for anyone, male or female, who wants to bring lightness and flexibility to their body.

Yoga / 60-75 min
This yoga class is accessible to everyone, even those who think they are not flexible. It is a mindful and balanced practice, moving smoothly from one posture to another in rhythm with the breath.
It is a moderate activity class – always starting with a short guided meditation or breathing practice to connect with yourself and your body. The body is then gently warmed up, progressing to gently paced yoga postures. The second half of the class is more relaxed, focusing on longer stretches and concluding with a deep final stretch.
The class can be adapted for beginners or advanced practitioners. It is suitable for both men and women and is also suitable for those who consider themselves non-flexible and want to try yoga for the first time.

Tanel Peterson

Tanel started his yoga journey in the summer of 2010 with a tantra course in Tallinn. This course was a tremendous inspiration to explore deeper into tantra, different yoga disciplines and meditation.
Tanel quickly realised that yoga teachings are very effective and help to develop quickly spiritually and he became a dedicated yoga student and practitioner.
2012. aasta alguses käis Tanel Taimaal 500h õpetajate intensiivkursusel ja nüüd on ta jagamas neid teadmisi kõigile kes oma ellu püsivat rõõmu ja arengut soovivad tuua.

Teele Triinu Jäär

Teele is a Yin yoga and Vinyasa yoga teacher. Movement is her way to live holistically, happily and in balance. She is always open to discovering new ways to train her body and mind, and also inspires others to find joy in movement.

Yin yoga class is relaxed and slow paced, with one pose held for 3-5 minutes or longer. This technique deeply relaxes the body, helps increase flexibility and relieves stress.
This is a yoga style where you have more time to be with yourself and listen deeply to your body and look within. After the class you will feel more relaxed, lighter and more at ease.

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that focuses on the movement of the breath and the body in sync. This style of yoga is different in that it is not static and does not involve prolonged postures.
Vinyasa yoga improves muscle strength, body flexibility, stamina and balance.

Both yoga classes are suitable for everyone, men and women, beginners and advanced.

Mai-Liis is a naturopath, facial yoga and yoga teacher.

Vinyasa yoga: Dynamic and flowing workout / 60 min
Vinyasa yoga is ideal for those who want to combine strength, flexibility and deep breathing. This workout focuses on dynamic and flowing movements where each posture transitions smoothly to the next, following the rhythm of the breath. Vinyasa yoga is great for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike, challenging the muscles and improving body balance. During the workout, participants can strengthen their muscles, improve flexibility and achieve meditative calm through the synergy of movement and breath. The class will end with a short relaxation to allow the body and mind to fully calm down.

Yin yoga: Deep Relaxation Exercise / 60 min
Yin yoga is the perfect exercise for those who are looking for a way to deeply relax their body and mind. This style of yoga focuses on long, static stretches that work deep into the connective tissue to help release tension and stress. The yin yoga practice is peaceful and meditative, offering participants the opportunity to focus deeply on their breath and body awareness. This practice helps to improve joint mobility, increase flexibility and achieve deep inner balance. Yin yoga is a great way to relax after a long day or an intense workout, bringing the body and mind into harmony.

Facial Yoga Masterclass: secrets of youthful appearance / 60 min
The aim of the workshop is to teach participants facial yoga techniques to help maintain and restore a youthful appearance. The aim of this course is to help participants to maintain and improve their facial appearance. This masterclass is suitable for anyone who wants to naturally refresh and rejuvenate their appearance.

Face yoga: Special Eyes / 60 min
This workshop focuses uniquely on the eyes and their surroundings. Includes theory and practice. The workshop will share practical tips on how to keep your eyes healthy and bright even after long periods of computer work. It’s ideal for those who work long hours in front of screens and want to improve their eye health.

Chair Yoga / 60 min
This workshop focuses on exercises that can be done for sedentary work at home or in the office. Includes theory and practice. Participants will learn a variety of yoga exercises to help relieve upper back tension, improve posture and maintain body flexibility even when working in a seated position. You will receive guidance on how to integrate these exercises into your daily routine to avoid work-related health problems.
