Using the booking environment
- The customer is obliged to carry out the booking, payment and other operations in accordance with the terms and conditions displayed in the booking environment and the instructions for use. The Customer undertakes to carefully check the data he/she enters when carrying out each operation and entering data and is responsible for their accuracy.
- The Service Provider has the right to refuse to fulfil the Customer’s order if the Customer has not complied with the terms and conditions of the Booking Environment, the instructions or orders communicated by the Sunshine Centre for Good Living, including, for example, if the Customer is unable to provide exhaustive proof of payment.
- The Service Provider will use its best efforts to ensure that the information about services and prices (including, but not limited to, amounts, descriptions or dates) displayed in the booking environment is accurate and free from defects, but does not guarantee the accuracy of the booking and is not responsible for the accuracy of the information. reservation. The Service Provider will use reasonable efforts to correct any defects or errors in the Booking Environment in a timely manner.
Booking, payment terms and price information
- All the prices of the service provider are expressed in euros and include the value added tax established in the Republic of Estonia.
- When you book a service, you must pay the full cost of the service in advance.
- To make a booking, the customer selects the desired service (house, package or additional service), the number of people and the time of use of the service in the booking environment, and fills in other data fields.
- The customer then has to enter his/her personal data (first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number).
- The customer undertakes to verify the accuracy of the information provided before final confirmation of the booking. By clicking on the “Book” button at the end of the booking form, the customer confirms that he/she accepts the terms and conditions and is familiar with the privacy statement. The customer will then be redirected to the payment environment where they can pay for their booking by bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card.
- The Service Provider uses Stripe payment platforms to make payments. After successful payment, the customer will be redirected to the provider’s website and booking.
Cancelling a booking
- The booking can be cancelled by sending an e-mail to info@puhali.ee. The Provider will not compensate for the non-delivery of the service.
- When purchasing accommodation and accommodation packages, different cancellation and refund conditions apply to the accommodation and packages. The terms and conditions for changes, cancellations and refunds of accommodation and accommodation packages are set out in the price list of the accommodation and/or accommodation package selected in the booking environment. If you cancel a price with a prepayment condition, the resort reserves the right not to refund the amount paid in advance.
- Cancellation must be made at least 30 calendar days prior to the start of the stay, after which the deposit will be refunded to the booking bank account. If cancellation is made less than 30 calendar days before the start of the requested period of stay, we may apply a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed amount.
- The confirmation email you will receive will state the exact deadline for cancellations, before which all cancellations must be made to avoid cancellation fees. Please read the rules carefully.
Responsibility
- The Service Provider is liable for any damage caused to the Customer as a result of a breach of the Terms and Conditions only if the breach is intentional or due to gross negligence. The Provider shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, non-material damage or damage caused by interruption of the Customer’s business.
Customary law and dispute settlement
- The invalidity of any provision or part of a provision of the Terms due to non-conformity with the law shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms or the remainder of the relevant provision.
- If the customer considers that the service does not comply with the conditions laid down, the service provider must be informed immediately and directly, including any available or existing evidence.
- Complaints should be sent to info@puhali.ee. The service provider will reply to the complaint within 14 days, at least in a format that allows for written resubmission.
- Disputes between the customer and the service provider are settled by negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be settled in Harju County Court.
