Kristiina Kase
Kristiina is a certified meditation facilitator and a certified practitioner of Biodynamic Breathing and Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®). She is passionate about creating spaces of presence where through various techniques the emotional, spiritual and physical body can balance and authenticity can flourish.
OSHO active meditations
OSHO Active Meditation® is designed for the modern person. These meditation techniques include more active physical activities (breathing, running, dancing, spinning, chanting, etc.) to help release emotions, tension and stress from the body’s memory, and a still silence component to help the mind slow down and experience inner peace and stillness. Movement helps to come from the mind to the body and thus experience presence.
OSHO activity meditations help to reduce stress and anxiety, release repressed emotions, improve concentration, etc.

Dali is a certified meditation teacher and Osho active meditation instructor.
Dali is honoured to lead Osho’s active meditations to hold space for others who wish to move closer to themselves, to stillness and neutral observation through these meditations.
In these meditations, you will be able to reach a deep peace with yourself in a fast-paced world.
Osho Active Meditations last 60 minutes (except one which lasts 65 minutes), consist of several parts and are generally suitable for everyone. The different meditations have different intensities, creating different meditation experiences.
