Liberating breathing, or conscious breathing, is a method that uses steady, uninterrupted breathing to reach the subconscious mind. With this technique, you can release noticeable accumulated tension after the first session. You will experience a sense of relaxation and take your energy to another level.
With the WIM HOF Breathwork Method, you will experience how to consciously and safely support and strengthen your physical and mental health through breathing practices, tempering and mind training.
Biodynamic Breathing and Trauma Release System (BBTRS) is a form of breathwork therapy based on deeply connected breathing, combined with conscious movement and specific touch and bodywork techniques. If you breathe deeply and connectedly for long enough, the tensions in your body begin to release and melt away, until at one point you feel nothing but freedom and lightness. Conscious deep connected breathing helps you to focus, gives you strength, calms the mind, reduces stress, relaxes the body, helps you to see solutions and possibilities and makes the mind clear and alert. It is a highly effective and quick way to create change within yourself.

Madis Meister has been a certified Wim Hof Method instructor since 2019, sharing his knowledge, experience and holding space for others on their development path, and of course constantly learning more.
In his work, he is guided by the principle that all the answers are in fact within the person – he does not heal, cure or tell how it is “right”, but creates a safe space where the person finds these answers, their “truth” and healing balance.

The Breathing Retreat is a breathing process that lasts about 2.5 hours and uses the best techniques of different breathing schools to quickly bring the body into a state of “relaxation”. It uses the best techniques of breathing techniques to quickly bring the body into a state of superstate, where the mind, body and emotions are in balance.”
