Balancing Yin Yoga is a gentle and restorative practice designed to create space in both body and mind. Through calming stretches and mindful movement, the class helps release tension while restoring a sense of balance, freshness and inner peace.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods, allowing the muscles to relax, improving joint mobility and circulation, and increasing flexibility. Suitable for both men and women, it is ideal for anyone wishing to bring greater ease and freedom into their body.
Yoga Class option 2
Yoga / 60-75 min
This yoga class is suitable for everyone, even those who believe they aren’t flexible. It is a mindful and balanced practice where movement flows naturally from one posture to the next in harmony with the breath. Participants gently stretch, build balance and develop greater body awareness.
Each class begins with a short guided meditation or breathing practice to help you connect with yourself and your body. The class can be adapted for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Suitable for men and women alike, it is also perfect for anyone trying yoga for the very first time.

Teele is a Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. She believes movement is the key to living a balanced, joyful and wholehearted life. Always curious and eager to grow, she continually explores new ways of developing both body and mind while inspiring others to discover the joy of movement.
Yin Yoga is a slow and calming practice where each posture is held for three to five minutes or longer. This allows the body to relax deeply, improves flexibility and helps relieve stress.
It is a practice that offers the time and space to reconnect with yourself, listen to your body and turn your attention inward. After each class, you’ll feel lighter, more relaxed and deeply restored.
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronises movement with the breath. Unlike more static forms of yoga, the poses transition continuously, creating a smooth and energising practice.
Regular practice helps build strength, improve flexibility, enhance balance and increase endurance.
Both classes are suitable for men and women of all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
