Dear friends, we are happy to announce that Master Mantak Chia is coming to Estonia for the first time this spring! The Mantak Chia Retreat will take place from 26.09 – 01.10, 2025, at the Pühali Hea Elu Keskus (Pühali Good Life Center). We will learn special Taoist practices to be able to sense the movement of energy, to be in balance with ourselves and to be full of life energy.
Master Mantak Chia is the founder of the universal healing Tao system, which is taught to tens of thousands of Tao students worldwide. He is also the only person to have been twice named Qigong Master of the Year in 1990 and 2012 at the International Congress of Chinese Medicine and QiGong, and was also ranked 18th among the 100 most spiritually influential people by The Watkins Review in 2012.
The Universal Healing Tao, created by Master Mantak Chia, is a self-help system for the treatment and prevention of illness and stress, and the enhancement of all aspects of life. Its main purpose is to increase your life energy, vitality or Qi, through easy to learn physical and mental techniques.
At the retreat we will learn the basic practices of internal alchemy that transform stress into vitality, providing you with more energy, better health, controlled emotions, relief from chronic pain and a better quality of life. We see body and mind as a whole. Stress or injury to one organ, gland or system weakens the whole body. The body is self-regulating and naturally moves towards balance when allowed to do so. In many cases, illness in the human body is caused by energy blocks and imbalances. Healing Tao practices can help you correct imbalances and direct Qi to areas in need of healing.

In the Sexual Alchemy and Healing Love practices, we will learn how to cultivate, refine, transform, circulate and store sexual energy in the body. Taoists believe that with the right sexual energy practices, the aging process can be slowed or even reversed. In the practice of Taoist sexual alchemy, we move sexual energy upwards in the body to revitalise our brain and make it healthier and stronger. Sexual energy transformation is the key to longevity and higher spirituality. Over the centuries, sexual energy has proven to be a powerful tool to rejuvenate, heal and increase vitality. Thousands of years ago, Tao masters realised that sexual energy and loving energy from the heart combined have many healing powers.
The fusion of the five elements is known as the Taoist Jewel – a more advanced inner alchemy meditation and energy practice for powerful emotional transformation. These meditation practices are aimed at strengthening the body and mind at all levels.
In this practice we learn to transform and balance our negative emotions and negative energies. We transform the negative energies of the 5 major organs into positive energies and merge them into one good energy. After doing this, the universal life energy (chi) flows freely, nourishing both body and soul.
