The “Body and Spirit” retreat will bring you presence, peace, slowing down and also exciting practices and new energy. It’s a restart for your body and mind. In the first half of the retreat, we will shake and dance ourselves loose, break old patterns and let go of what we no longer want to hold on to. In the second half of the retreat, we create new energy and breathe in lightness. We will also experience a sound journey and a tea ceremony that will bring a sense of presence and bliss. The Good Life Retreat “Body and Spirit” is a place where you can take time for yourself. Including moments of rest. On this retreat we will experience things like: ecstatic dance, active meditation, pyramid breathing, wim hof method of breathing and cold practices, sound walk, tea ceremony and yoga. On both evenings, of course, we will also enjoy a sauna and cool pond water.
