The P\u00fchali Wellness Centre is a great opportunity to experience the ancient practice of pimeroom. The Sun Valley Pimmerooms are soundproof rooms specially built into the mountain. Such an environment, where external stimuli are kept to a minimum, allows you to experience deep contact with your pure being and inner peace. When there is no more external information, the silence and stillness there encourages you to look within. By doing the ritual of darkness, having relaxed, refreshed your mind or even freed yourself from fears, you may want to make the necessary changes in your current path differently and choose a better way forward. There are those who have experienced great spiritual enlightenment, and others who have received new genius ideas there in the silence. There have been those who have written a new book while there, and others for whom it has simply been a much-needed rest and a deep relaxation from the noise of everyday life to hear their own voice again. There are new comfortable rooms, a kitchenette, toilet, shower and a bathroom. You have the option to choose guided practices with healing sounds. It is also possible to order a meal with a body-supporting and cleansing menu. Or if you want complete peace and quiet and to let go of your time, you can have this experience without any external distractions, taking your own food or fasting. The duration of the fasting period is optional. Usually it is 4-7 days, sometimes shorter or longer. <\/p>\n

Pi Gu dieet<\/h4>\n

Pi Gu is an ancient Taoist way of “fasting” used during higher spiritual retreats. It literally means “to stop eating grains”, but also requires fasting from meat and processed foods. The diet has a healing power as it enhances the natural healing processes in the body. <\/p>\n

Pi Gu diiet supports Pimerum meditations, which increase spiritual awareness and mental strength.<\/p>\n
