Music and sound have been part of Tiina’s life for as long as she can remember. For the past ten years, she has dedicated herself to sound healing. Inspired by a holistic approach to wellbeing, she believes deeply in the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

During her Sound Journeys, Tiina uses planetary gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, handpan, shamanic drums and rattles, ocean drum, rain stick, Koshi chimes and other harmonically tuned instruments. Years of practice and experience have strengthened her belief in the remarkable healing power of sound.
She is especially passionate about introducing children to the magical world of sound.
Her Sound Journeys and meditations are suitable for people of all ages.

The healing vibrations of gongs and singing bowls help cultivate a deep state of inner calm, making it easier to cope with everyday stress and tension. This profound relaxation enhances concentration, supports creativity and encourages a more positive outlook.
